From small-batch spreads and fruit preserves to raw honey and other pantry favourites, everything is made with carefully chosen ingredients, some grown at home and others sourced from trusted local farmers. Fresh fruit, quality cocoa, nuts and natural honey come together without artificial preservatives or unnecessary additives, keeping every jar simple, wholesome and close to nature.
How we work
What we will not compromise on
Mostly grown on our own farm
Much of what goes into each jar comes from our own land, grown without chemical fertilisers or synthetic sprays and made without anything added after harvest to extend its shelf life.
The rest, bought direct from farmers
What we cannot grow ourselves, we source from farmers we know, buying by the crop and in season. We choose quality over volume and pay farmers directly rather than through traders.
Nothing you wouldn't add at home
No preservatives, artificial colours or flavours, stabilisers, or palm oil. Just simple, familiar ingredients, made in small batches and kept as close to their natural character as possible.
Small batches, in season
We make only what the season gives us. Some things sell out and may not return until the next harvest. We would rather let a jar sell out than stretch a batch beyond what the season has given us.
